Sketchbook A is a series inspired by childhood drawings and his son’s playful sketches. Mapan began by filling physical sketchbooks, experimenting with shapes and colors before translating them into code. His goal was to recreate the texture and spontaneity of crayons, markers, and colored pencils using digital tools. Each piece embraces the imperfections of hand-drawn art while being generated algorithmically, blurring the line between analog and digital.
